Our 100% online RN to BSN program will help you strengthen your leadership skills and expand your expertise in as little as one year. While eleven prerequisite courses are required, students may be able to start our program before prerequisites have been completed. Online RN to BSN program applicants must have active Registered Nurse licenses in order to be eligible for program admission. Recent graduates of an associate degree in nursing program can provide a timeframe of when you will take the NCLEX exam to meet eligibility requirements.

WSU is not authorized to admit residents of the following states into our Online BSN Program: MA, RI, TN, WA.

Admissions Requirements

Registered nurses applying for a BSN program must:

  • Apply to WSU and submit official transcripts of courses and records verifying completion of an accredited RN program
  • Submit verification of current license to practice as a RN in your state of residence
  • Submit an application to the RN-to-BSN program
